ADPList, short for Amazing Design People List, is a worldwide community of designers helping designers through mentoring and coaching. In 2021, ADPList closed a $1.3M funding round through Surge, a program of Sequoia India, to take the platform to the next level.
I've done hundreds of hours of design mentoring and coaching, both 1-on-1 and in portfolio reviews and other public events, all through ADPList. So when the opportunity came up to help grow the platform, I jumped right in. In my more direct role as Head of Design Partnerships, I helped grow ADPList's community impact and product offering by planning and negotiating partnerships with mission-aligned organizations, helping to set ADPList up for its seed funding round.
